About the Opportunity
This position is an integral part of our mental health service delivery team, specialising in working with adults and young people. Our innovative approach focuses on early childhood intervention, ensuring a comprehensive recovery journey for individuals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Brief and ongoing interventions, along with collaborative individual care plans
* Providing evidence-based best practice interventions, comprehensive assessments, and care planning
* Participating in clinical review and quality assurance processes to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Requirements:
* General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist (with mental health accreditation), or AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker or Registered Nurse and / or Registered Mental Health Nurse
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing clinical mental health assessment and evidence-based interventions
* Proven judgment and evaluation skills showcasing a working understanding of assessment and care planning
