What you'll be doing:
Building new business from the ground up – cold calling, connecting, and converting.
Presenting new products and services to strengthen existing customer partnerships.
Identifying customer needs and working with our technical team to deliver smart solutions.
Researching, networking, and building genuine long-term client relationships.
Preparing clear, meaningful progress reports for the leadership team.
Developing strategic sales plans focused on long-term growth, not just quick wins.
Managing your sales activities in our ERP system (accuracy matters!).
Hitting the road to visit our valued remote and regional customers around WA.
About you:
You're not just a talker — you're a doer who thrives on results. Ideally, you'll bring:
Proven sales success in the hose, hydraulics, mining, construction, or related industries.
A track record of smashing KPIs and managing territories effectively.
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and numerical.
A current driver's licence — and you're happy to travel when needed.
