Unlock a Brighter Future with MACSEYE: We have a permanent Coordinator position available in Ocean Grove. The hours will be 6:30am - 8:45am, and 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday + 2 hours of admin.

 * Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children
 * Design and facilitate activities that foster learning and creativity
 * Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
 * Ensure the well-being and safety of every child in your care
 * Manage a team of Educators
Qualifications:
Do you have what it takes?
 * A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
 * Experience in childcare or early childhood education
 * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
 * Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
 * Australian work rights
 * Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
