About the Role
The Quality Assurance Advisor is responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality systems within our services.
Reporting to the Head of Quality & Safeguarding, you will collaborate closely with frontline teams, service leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure our services meet best practice standards.
* Conduct internal audits of our services, focusing on service quality, care documentation, and risk management
* Review policies, procedures, and frameworks to guarantee compliance and practical application
* Identify areas of concern, assess non-compliance, and support teams in implementing corrective actions
* Provide clear, timely audit reports and assist services in implementing recommendations
