Our Federal Government Client are seeking multiple NV2 and TSPV cleared Training Managers to support the delivery of ICT initiatives within a large-scale digital transformation program.
This role is critical in driving technology adoption across the organisation by designing and delivering engaging training programs that enable staff to confidently utilise digital tools and systems.
Candidates must hold and maintain an active NV2 or TSPV security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver technology training sessions (face-to-face and virtual) tailored to diverse audiences
* Develop high-quality training materials including presentations, user guides, and e-learning modules
* Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability requirements
* Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions
* Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training approaches
* Apply best-practice adult learning principles and stay current with emerging technologies
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrated experience designing and delivering technology training programs
* Strong understanding of digital systems and tools, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
* Proven instructional design capability across various training formats
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong adaptability and problem-solving ability in dynamic environments
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
