* Familiarity with software tools and systems (experience with Guardian Live or similar fleet management tools highly regarded)
* Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to complete tasks within required timeframes
* Mining Industry experience will be an advantage
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Driver Safety System Support Analyst to join our client's team. This role will provide day-to-day support for driver monitoring and safety systems, ensuring devices are provisioned, managed, and supported effectively for fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Process video conversions of sensitive material (average ~45 minutes per file)
* Manage device provisioning and fleet allocation using Guardian Live software
* Complete password resets and access support for system users
* Handle multiple customer calls daily, liaising with dealers to resolve requests and issues
* Deliver accurate, timely support across tasks ranging between 10-45 minutes each
* Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive data
* No on-call weekend work required for this position
