Job Description
As a Home Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing personal care assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assisting with meal preparation and household chores
* Supporting clients with mobility and therapy goals
* Providing social and emotional support to clients and their families
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Experience working in aged care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
