Work with a collaborative close knit, small team Learning and development opportunity Work hours are 7.00am - 3.00pm About the role: The purpose of a Customer Experience Team Member is to understand the specific needs of each customer, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure they experience excellent customer service. With a focus on effective communication, active listening and a dedication to continuous improvement, this role aims to elevate the overall customer experience and foster enduring relationships. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for: Answering incoming calls and promptly resolving customer inquiries Providing solutions to customers with a focus on one-stop service Conducting customer call-backs and managing communications. Providing technical support for Testing and Tagging Services products Communicate with customers regarding their Calibration/Repairs Follow up students for outstanding testers needs. Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction Proactively addressing any customer concerns or issues Attending meetings and contributing to team initiatives About You: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of technical support and customer relationship management systems is a bonus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
