Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist
We are seeking dedicated professionals with a background in Nursing or Social Work to work in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions, supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills for client relationships and stakeholder interactions, as well as compassion and kindness essential for empathetic care.
A tertiary qualification in Nursing or Social Work is required, along with registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or AASW.
Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded, but not necessary. A current SA Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Case management, including caseloads and administrative support;
* Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
* Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs;
* Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
* Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;
* Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Social Work;
* Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or AASW;
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded;
* Fabulous communication skills for client relationships and stakeholder interactions;
* Compassion and kindness essential for empathetic care;
* Well-developed time management skills for effective case management;
* A current SA Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance required.
