Academics are seeking a confident and reliable KS2 Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant primary school in Margate.

Responsibilities
Provide targeted support in English, maths, and reading
Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom routines
Deliver small-group interventions to boost attainment
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Build strong relationships with pupils, helping develop confidence
Qualifications
Experience supporting children in KS2 desirable
Strong communication and behaviour management
Friendly, calm, and proactive approach
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
