Job Description
* Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for engineering projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
* Occasional site travel required
* Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
* Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Prepare technical documentation and reports as needed.
* Provide support in the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
* Identify and address potential risks in electrical designs.
* Assist in optimising electrical processes to improve efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Electrical Engineer Should Have
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional electrical engineering experience preferably in the Telecommunications, Mining, Oil & Gas, Rail, Utilities or Defence sector
* Strong knowledge of industry standards and practices.
* Experience in Low Volatage (LV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Power sysrtems as well as earthing systems/
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
* A commitment to adhering to safety regulations.
