Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment across multiple sites ensuring compliance with safety, performance, quality, and contractual obligations.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and service delivery.
* Coordinate reporting including monthly performance, incident investigations, and audits to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Supervise inductions, training, and competency tracking for internal teams and service delivery partners to enhance their capabilities and knowledge.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

* A degree in Building Services Engineering or Technical Plant & Equipment Trade Qualification (highly desirable).
* Strong experience in facility management, particularly in a technical role.
* Excellent safety management skills and a thorough understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations.
* High-level computer literacy including CMMS, Office Suite, and SAP software.
* The ability to manage direct and indirect reports in highly controlled environments.
