Description
- Prepare detailed financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
- Provide commercial analysis to support pricing, sales, and profitability decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address financial performance gaps.
- Develop and present monthly management reports with actionable insights.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyse market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Drive process improvements within financial reporting and analysis functions.
Profile
- A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- Proven experience in financial modelling and commercial analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior decision making
- Experience with sales/margin analysis + partnering with sales/marketing highly advantageous
- Leadership experience highly regarded (direct reports or end to end management of projects)
- Experienced with BI tools
- Systems savvy - experience with an ERP and navigating complex, sometimes ambiguous data
