We're looking for a values-driven leader to join us as Manager, Bushfire and Emergency Management Preparedness, a pivotal role in shaping how we plan, prepare, and collaborate across agencies to keep Victorian communities safe in the face of increasing bushfire risk and emergency complexity.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

* An appropriate qualification or extensive experience in emergency management and/or natural resource management.
* Accreditation in one or more senior AIIMS roles, desirable with Regional Controller or Regional Agency Commander highly desirable or demonstrated experience in senior management, preferably in fire and land management.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within the Barwon South West Region with hybrid work arrangements available.
