Vision Radiology Group is seeking an experienced and motivated finance professional to join our team as
Finance Manager
. This is a
finance leadership role
ideal for a CA or CPA-qualified accountant looking to step into a position that blends strategic planning, investment evaluation, and financial governance within a growing national organisation.
In this role, you will oversee financial operations across multiple entities, lead month-end and year-end processes, and support the Finance Team in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. You will also contribute to continuous improvement, team development, and the strategic financial direction of the Group.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering strong performance and development
Manage day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
Coordinate statutory reporting, external audits, and compliance requirements
Manage BAS, FBT, GST, and income tax obligations
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and covenant compliance
Partner with executives on planning, budgeting, and strategic decisions
Drive automation, system improvements, and strengthened financial controls
Support the Group Financial Controller with high-level financial oversight
Collaborate with clinic managers and stakeholders to support financial strategy
About You
You are an experienced finance professional with strong technical capability, leadership skills, and proven experience working across multi-entity environments. You are proactive, accurate, process-driven, and passionate about improving financial systems and supporting a high-performing team.
You will bring:
CA or CPA qualification (required)
Minimum 4 years' experience in a finance leadership role
Strong financial reporting and analysis capability
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
Collaborative leadership style and ability to influence at all levels
