As a Risk & Compliance Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Victorian Workers Compensation Risk & Compliance teams by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From arranging meetings, managing basic enquiries and maintaining our internal documents to the highest standard, you’ll be the one making sure no detail is missed.
You’ll liaise with our team to gather reports and information, keep records up to date, and prepare accurate, professional documentation that supports our work every step of the way.
This will be a permanent, full time position based in our Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week once you\'ve completed training.
Your Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate meetings
- Preparation and filing of documents
- Manage basic enquiries and messages
- Maintain accurate records and registers
- Monitor progress of internal tasks and actions
- Collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare relevant documents and correspondence (full training provided)
- Assist with shared inbox enquiries
About You
- Good understanding of WorkSafe and EML systems (preferred)
- Ability to complete projects accurately and timely with minimal supervision
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn recent systems and navigate multiple platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and time management, with a focus on meeting deadlines and staying organised
- Confident working both independently and as part of a cooperative, diverse team environment
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to queries and follow-ups
- Solid administrative experience, with a focus on accuracy and maintaining confidential information would be highly regarded
