About the Role In conjunction with our partner Rio Tinto, WorkPac are excited to present this unique opportunity for Stockperson's to work at Rio Tinto's iconic Pastoral Stations, Hamersley Station, Rocklea Station & Juna Downs. Collectively, these stations stretch across approximately 770,000 hectares in the heart of Western Australia's breath-taking Pilbara Region. These stations are in close proximity to Tom Price, Paraburdoo and Newman respectively, nestled either side of the beautiful Karijini National Park and 3 hour drive to the coast of Karratha.7,500 head of cattle. Breed of cattle is Droughtmaster What You Will Be Doing Participate in the mustering and processing of livestock by vehicle and motorbike Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of farm infrastructure, including fencing, gates and water troughs, to ensure they are in good working condition Operate and maintain machinery and equipment safely for various tasks including land management and animal transportation What You Will Need: Experience within the farming industry Demonstrated experience in mustering and processing cattle (preferred) Experience operating 4WD's and Motorbikes Desirable but not essential - experience operating Trucks, Loaders, Bobcat, Forklift Current Australia manual drivers license Able to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical including drug and alcohol testing What's in it for you?
