Female Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member, you will provide person-centered support to clients in their homes and out in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support to clients with mental health or trauma-related needs.
* Collaborate with clients and their families to tailor support services.
* Establish strong rapport with clients and maintain effective communication.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and case notes.
Our ideal candidate possesses a Certificate III in Disability or equivalent, current NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid and CPR certifications. A full Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to drive a pool vehicle or own vehicle are also essential.
