We are seeking a Global CRM Manager to establish and lead a newly created role for a leading activewear brand. You will be responsible for building a global CRM programme from the ground up and shaping customer experiences across all touchpoints worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Develop and own the global omnichannel CRM strategy, covering lifecycle, segmentation, retention, and loyalty.
* Lead CRM platforms, integrations, and data management to create a single customer view.
* Design and optimise personalised, omnichannel customer journeys across digital, retail, and events.
* Track and improve performance through KPIs, testing, and insights to drive growth and loyalty.
* Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, agencies, and technology partners.
Qualifications
* 8+ years' experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within retail or eCommerce.
* Proven experience building CRM strategies from scratch at scale, preferably globally.
* Strong hands‐on knowledge of CRM platforms, CDPs, and data‐driven marketing.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
