Kinetic is embarking on one of its largest people and technology programs—a multi-year HCM & Payroll Transformation across Australia and New Zealand. We're entering the design/build phase and need an experienced leader to help shape the future of HR and payroll for over 7,000 employees.
What you'll do
As The Workday (Core HR), Payroll & Time & Attendance Lead, You'll Act As The Architect And Single Point Of Contact For Solution Design And Delivery. You Will
* Design end-to-end solutions for Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
* Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business requirements and governance standards.
* Lead configuration, testing, integration, data migration, and go-live readiness.
* Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
* Ensure compliance with AU/NZ legislation and support implementation across operating companies.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of Workday experience (Core HR, Payroll, Time Tracking).
* Proven background in large-scale HRIS transformations.
* Strong AU/NZ payroll knowledge.
* Architectural mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Hands-on experience with integrations, testing, and data quality.
