We are seeking a Mechanical Designer/Drafter to join our team.

As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for importing and manipulating vendor drawings/models. You will also produce detailed mechanical drawings/models, including P&IDs, and export equipment/piping quantities.
You will collaborate with mechanical/process engineers to deliver plans for construction and support project teams with documentation, revisions, and coordination of drawings/models.

This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, or Brisbane.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a consulting environment, delivering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-office team.
You will need to be proficient in relevant CAD software, such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk Plant 3D, and have a strong understanding of AutoCAD.
A relevant TAFE qualification, diploma, or degree in drafting, engineering, or design is essential.
You should have strong technical knowledge and attention to detail, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of safety in design, constructability, operational practices, and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes is also required.
