Your new role: In this senior role, you will provide specialist psychological services to adolescents admitted to an acute inpatient unit, applying advanced clinical judgement and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. You will: * Deliver senior-level psychological assessment, intervention and evaluation * Manage complex clinical presentations in a fast-paced inpatient environment * Act as a clinical reference point within the psychology and interprofessional team * Contribute to evidence-based practice, policies and service development * Provide supervision, education and support to HP3 clinicians and students About you: You are an experienced psychologist with strong clinical capability and confidence working in acute adolescent mental health environments. You will bring: * APAC-accredited psychology qualification and AHPRA eligibility * Advanced experience in adolescent or acute mental health settings * Strong clinical judgement, prioritisation and risk assessment skills * Ability to work collaboratively within interprofessional teams * Experience in supervision, education or clinical leadership Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
