A highly motivated Digital Manager is required to drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media platforms and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Leverage data and insights to inform channel strategy and optimise campaign performance.
2. Collaborate with the Digital Director to develop and implement comprehensive media plans.
3. Analyse and evaluate media partner responses to ensure optimal campaign outcomes.
4. Develop robust forecasts of sales scenarios for each recommended channel.
5. Build detailed media plans clearly capturing the final channels, tactics, investment, and campaign KPIs.
6. Sign media partner contracts for approved final booking.
7. Provide detailed feedback to media partners that have been unsuccessful on bookings.
8. Support the Digital Executive in compiling and providing creative specs and deadlines to the creative team/agency.
9. Monitor budget pacing tracker to ensure activity is not overspending or underspending.
10. Manage bids for ad placements in real-time to achieve campaign goals.
11. Analyse the campaign's ability to optimise towards desired results.
12. Assess the performance of different audience segments and make recommendations on audience optimisation.
13. Assess the performance of different creative assets and make recommendations on creative optimisation.
14. Provide clients with regular reports capturing all observations and required optimisations.
15. Detail the extent each channel has delivered on the target goals.
16. Clearly articulate key learnings and recommendations for future improvement by channel and objective.
17. Support the Strategy team in summarising regression, digital attribution, brand tracking results.
18. Support the Digital Executive and Digital Co-Ordinator with all elements of the finance process.
