Toll's technology landscape is evolving rapidly, driven by a multi-dimensional strategy that includes cloud and IT utility models. As an IT Services Manager / Value Stream Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning technology initiatives with business outcomes. This includes leading cross-functional teams, streamlining end-to-end processes, and ensuring timely delivery of value to customers.
The IT Services Manager / Value Stream Manager bridges the gap between IT and the business, fostering collaboration, improving efficiency, and accelerating innovation—ultimately enabling Toll to operate more effectively and competitively in the market.
* Highlight risks and coordinate IT service management & process compliance issues with service providers and use data & insights to proactively identify improvement initiatives.
* Act as the key point of escalation for all matters related to specific Value Stream and facilitate escalation resolutions across IT service delivery capabilities.
* Track and report on IT services for the assigned Value Stream, including developing and communicating IT changes and awareness programs for the business.
* Communicate and collaborate with technology management and service partners on status, issues, and findings to influence outcomes.
* Act as an advocate for the quality, delivery, and continuous service improvement of IT services, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are provided by the Value Stream and improve its KPIs.
* Regularly visit operational sites to collaborate with business stakeholders, develop relationships, and act as the first escalation point of contact for all IT matters.
* Serve as the deputy to the Head of IT Value Stream, providing strategic and operational support across all initiatives. This includes acting as the second-in-command, ensuring continuity of leadership and stepping in to represent the Head of Value Stream when required.
* Coordinate Business, IT teams and external vendors on a global scale across multiple time zones.
* Occasional domestic and international travel may be required for this position.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT service management, with experience in process governance, issue coordination, and performance improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential to effectively identify and address complex business issues.
A proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement is necessary. Proficiency in managing budgets and resources effectively is also required. Additionally, ITIL 4 Certification (Levels 1 – 5) and Project Management Certification (E.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc) are highly preferred.
