* Support your Store Manager in driving daily operations, including stock flow, rostering, and VM directives
* Promote a positive, inclusive team culture that fosters creativity and enthusiasm for home styling and design
* Coach, develop, and mentor your team to be confident, capable, and commercially-minded
* Use reporting and business insights to inform smart decisions that elevate store performance
* Set the tone for service standards, creating authentic, uplifting moments for every customer
