Who we're looking for:
We are on the lookout for a customer focused Assistant Strata Manager to be a part of our supportive and close knit BCP, Sunshine Coast branch.This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. Supported by a customer care team and centres of expertise, we work as one team to deliver value to our customers. We convert challenges into opportunities and pride ourselves on having fun while working hard to be the best in the industry. Your New Role:
* You will be given the opportunity to build your strata knowledge to successfully support our talented Strata Managers
* Assist with the delivery of the PICA's Body Corporate Management Agreements with repairs & and maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.
* Engage with committee members either by email or phone to provide information or handle situations related to building schemes.
* Maintain documents and records related to the building scheme within a document management system.
* Prepare and update meeting records and documents such as minutes and agendas using a digital document transaction system. May attend AGM or committee meeting with Strata Manager
Are you someone who?
* Has a friendly go getter attitude
* Experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate is ideal but if you have the right can do attitude, you are encouraged to apply
* A superstar with administration
* Experience with Microsoft and computer savvy in general
* You see challenges as opportunities and know how to problem-solve
* You have great relationship-building skills
