Our client is an established and highly regarded Australian manufacturer specialising in clinically focused nutrition and food solutions designed to support health outcomes and improve quality of life.

With strong foundations in research, product development and evidence-based nutrition, the organisation produces specialised nutritional products that are distributed throughout Australia and New Zealand, with a growing international presence. Their portfolio supports individuals with a range of dietary and medical needs, helping healthcare professionals deliver better nutritional outcomes for patients across a variety of care settings.

The division Bellcore is representing focuses specifically on providing nutritional solutions to clinicians and healthcare professionals working within hospitals, aged care facilities and broader healthcare environments. Their products are recommended and utilised by dietitians, speech pathologists, nursing staff and foodservice teams responsible for patient nutrition and care.

OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity now exists for a motivated and relationship-driven Clinical Product Specialist / Healthcare Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory covering Sydney South through to Canberra (ACT).

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of hospital and aged care accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities across the healthcare sector.

This is a field-based role, where the majority of time will be spent visiting healthcare professionals, building relationships, conducting product education and supporting clinicians with nutritional solutions suited to their patients' needs.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing and developing relationships with dietitians, speech pathologists, nursing staff, foodservice managers and procurement teams within hospitals and aged care facilities
* Maintaining and expanding an established customer base across the Sydney South to Canberra territory
* Identifying opportunities to introduce new nutritional products and solutions within existing healthcare accounts
* Delivering product education, training sessions and presentations to healthcare professionals
* Working collaboratively with clinical teams to understand patient needs and recommend appropriate nutrition solutions
* Growing territory revenue through proactive relationship management and new business development
* Maintaining accurate reporting and territory activity through CRM systems
* Representing the organisation professionally within healthcare environments while maintaining strong compliance and ethical standards

* Base salary from $95,000 - $105,000 + superannuation

CANDIDATE

To be considered for this opportunity prior sales experience, ideally selling to healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be confident engaging with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders, able to communicate product value clearly and build long-term professional relationships.

If you have prior tertiary qualifications in health sciences such as Clinical Nutrition or Dietetics, and have potentially practised in Hospitals, or Aged Care facilities, we'd also love to chat to you.

Suitable backgrounds may include experience selling into:

* Hospitals or healthcare facilities
* Aged care providers
* Medical device companies
* Pharmaceutical organisations
* Clinical nutrition or food & beverage suppliers to healthcare
* Healthcare equipment or consumables providers

Ideal attributes include:

* Proven B2B sales experience with strong relationship management skills
* Ability to confidently engage with healthcare professionals and clinical stakeholders
* Strong territory management and organisational skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong "can do" attitude
* High levels of resilience, motivation and self-management when working remotely
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Qualifications or professional backgrounds in health science, nursing, nutrition or dietetics would be highly regarded, though not essential.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, building strong professional relationships and contributing to meaningful improvements in patient care through innovative nutrition solutions.
