Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant in Nursing to join our team. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide non-clinical support tasks and contribute to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include setting up theatres for surgery, supporting sterile store room operations, and preparing reusable medical equipment. You will also work collaboratively with Specialists and Clinical Staff to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 12 months recent work experience within a health care environment
* Certificate III in Health Services or 2nd year Registered Nurse Students
* Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
* Flexibility to work all shifts as required
