Change Manager
The Change Manager plays a critical role in supporting the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working as part of a large organisational transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct change impact assessments and workshops to identify affected groups, key risks, readiness gaps, and adoption challenges.
* Develop change management strategies and integrate them into overall program plans.
Training & Capability Uplift
* Work with subject matter experts to develop learning materials, transition support resources, and training plans.
* Coordinate training activities and support business areas to build the capability required for new processes and systems.
* Ensure reinforcement activities are implemented post–go‑live to sustain adoption.
Capabilities & Experience
* 10+ years of experience delivering change in technology, business transformation, or process improvement environments.
* Experience partnering with multidisciplinary teams, including technical, project, and operational stakeholders.
* Strong background in implementing new systems or organisational processes.
