About the Opportunity:
Our Brand Marketing Team seeks a passionate and driven Brand Marketing Professional to bring the brand to life. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative marketing strategies that communicate our unique value proposition and inspire brand advocacy.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead our branding initiatives, managing them from inception to reporting, to inform, educate and inspire our end users.
* Establish an end-to-end promotional merchandise and premiums program that delights our customers.
* Manage our Quarterly Brand Program ensuring all assets are on brand and delivered within deadline. This program consists of:
o Redlink Publication
o Merchandise
o Redemption Program
o Quarterly Distribution of above assets to our infield team
* Collaborate with external vendors on end-to-end projects, managing everything from ordering, distribution, and communication to the wider business.
* Act as a brand advocate, ensuring 100% brand compliance across all activities.
* Ensure all work is delivered by the deadline.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years of experience in a marketing role.
* Tertiary qualified in Marketing or related discipline.
* Experience in supporting product launch to market.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
* Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail, organized and the ability to multitask under pressure and work on several tasks simultaneously.
* Customer first mindset with a commitment to deliver premium brand experiences.
* Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes.
