The role involves ensuring that cabins, amenities, common areas, and general park facilities are thoroughly cleaned and well-stocked. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests in a warm and friendly manner, reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant team members, and ensuring guest rooms and public areas are presentable.
About the Role
* Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean cabins, amenities, common areas, and general park facilities to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
* Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
* Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant team members, ensuring prompt resolution.
* Quality Control: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are thoroughly cleaned, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
* Cleaning Experience: Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance roles, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
