An experienced Customer Service Manager is required to lead the delivery of high quality service outcomes for customers.

About the role
* Manage customer maintenance contracts in line with service agreements and KPIs
* Oversee service desk operations and ticketing systems
* Coordinate planned maintenance, fault response and on-call support
* Act as a key point of contact for customer service and technical enquiries
* Lead, develop and support a high-performing customer service team
* Drive continuous improvement across service quality and operational efficiency
* Ensure service reporting, compliance and safety standards are met
About you
* Tertiary qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT or similar
* 3–5 years' experience in a customer service or maintenance management role
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience working to SLAs, KPIs and service reporting requirements
* Organised, detail-oriented and customer focused
