About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Data and Digital Transformation Manager to lead the implementation of a portfolio of strategic, whole-of-government data and digital products and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex data and digital projects across multiple NSW Government Agencies.
* Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, monitoring, and evaluation of projects.
* Build relationships with Aboriginal communities and organisations to understand their needs and expectations.
* Effectively communicate, negotiate, and manage stakeholder relationships.
About You
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in enterprise data and technology services, data policy and reform, data governance, data engineering and warehousing, data analytics, and software development in a government context.
This role requires a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in public sector reform, particularly in progressing Aboriginal Data Sovereignty and Governance principles in NSW.
