About the Role

The primary goal of this role is to ensure that accounts receivable are managed with precision and expertise. This will involve reconciliations, analysing financial data, and configuring systems to ensure seamless processes. The attention to detail required in this role will help identify and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with legislative and university policies.
Responsibilities

* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
* Analyse financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
* Configure accounting systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing
* Manage debtor administration and collections
* Liaise with stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy
Requirements
">
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
* Strong knowledge and experience in accounting procedures, particularly accounts receivable and reconciliation
* Proficiency in large corporate accounting systems and business support software
* A relevant degree with experience in financial accounting or extensive knowledge in the field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
