Service Coordinator Job Description
The role involves coordinating service work with the workshop team, preparing quotations and building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
* Contact customer service and repair enquiries to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Schedule service work in a timely manner ensuring minimum downtime for our clients.
* Prepare accurate quotations based on the service required.
* BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS through effective communication and empathy.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
About You:
* Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and ability to work as part of a TEAM.
* Excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
* Technical knowledge preferred but not essential - willingness to learn is key.
* Proficiency in MICROSOFT OFFICE including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to WORK INDEPENDENTLY with minimal supervision.
