We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deli Team Leader to join our team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about food quality, customer service, and team development.
Responsibilities include leading daily deli operations, training and supervising staff, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards, managing inventory and merchandising, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to lead by example.
Previous deli or food service leadership experience is preferred.
Saturday availability is a must.
