Operations Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Administrator to join our team. This is a vital role that will support the business with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support with weekly payroll processing
* Assist our accounts team with AP/AR activities
* Ensure revenue is captured timely and accurately
* Data entry and reporting while working across various systems
* Assist with other transport administration as required to support the team


Requirements:

* Administration experience in a transport operation preferred
* Time management skills and the ability to balance priorities while under deadlines
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities
* Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
