Work Group Officer – Customer Service

Aquamoves, Shepparton’s leading leisure and wellbeing centre, is seeking a dedicated Work Group Officer Customer Service to support our front of house operations and ensure smooth, accurate and efficient administrative processes. This full time temporary role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community focused facility during a maternity leave period.
In this role, you will:
1. Manage customer feedback and ensure timely follow up by Coordinators
2. Raise, receipt and maintain purchase orders and oversee ordering of Aquamoves stock items
3. Process monthly invoicing and insurance memberships
4. Respond to direct debit and finance enquiries
5. Monitor and action customer service emails
6. Support and train the Customer Service team
7. Track staff certifications and compliance requirements
8. Manage cash handling tasks including float counts and
