**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a professional Office Manager to join our team based in Cannon Hill, Brisbane, in our Australian head office.
This role encompasses a variety of tasks including domestic and international travel management, onboarding new employees into the business, coordination of meetings and internal events, and ensuring the office is operating effectively and efficiently.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Administer travel requirements for executives and internal events
- Prepare agendas and papers for monthly executive, leadership teams, and ad-hoc meetings in consultation with the CEO
- Coordinate and provide monthly reporting to the CEO by due dates
- Manage the overall travel requirements for the company
- Make recommendations to the CEO on required changes to relevant policies and procedures
- Maintain the human resource administration function including cultural interviews, new employee onboarding, HR records, EAP service provider management, policies and procedures and staff employee handbook
- Manage and maintain all employees' training requirements and records through the training management software
- Promote the company culture through committee membership of the Engagement Committee and Health and Safety Committee
- Ensuring office facilities are kept clean and tidy and operating effectively
