Residential Clinical Governance Role
You will be a vital part of the Residential Clinical Governance Team, working closely with leadership across our homes to deliver impactful training and education.
* You will design and facilitate engaging programs aligned with our competency assessments.
* You will respond to specific learning needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also manage training records, contribute to quality audits, and report on compliance—all while fostering a culture of learning, care, and excellence in residential aged care.
About You
* To be considered, you will bring:
o A Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments.
o A background in training, education, or learning and development.
o A proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs.
o Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
o The ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Alignment with BaptistCare's values.
o A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
o A high-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
o A valid Drivers License.
