As Video Producer
As Video Producer, you'll create and deliver engaging video and motion content across the Lotteries and Keno brand portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Video Producer and the wider creative team, you'll bring campaigns and brand stories to life across social, digital, broadcast, and internal channels.
Responsibilities
* Edit and deliver polished video assets across a range of formats including social, brand campaigns, interviews, and internal content.
* Manage post‐production workflows including motion graphics, colour grading, audio, graphics integration, formatting, and versioning.
* Shoot and capture high‐quality video content across studio and on‐location environments.
* Collaborate with the Senior Video Producer, designers, and marketing teams to bring briefs to life.
* Create platform‐first content tailored for channels including TikTok, YouTube, Meta, digital, and TVC.
* Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and creative guidelines.
Qualifications
* 2+ years' experience in video production, post‐production, animation, or a related role.
* A strong showreel demonstrating editing, motion, and production capability.
* Tertiary qualification in Film, Media Production, Motion Design, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
* Experience working within a fast‐paced creative, agency, or in‐house environment.
* 3D animation experience highly regarded.
* Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* Working knowledge of colour grading, audio mixing, export workflows, and digital delivery formats.
* Hands‐on experience operating professional camera systems including Sony, Canon, or similar hybrid setups.
* Strong understanding of social and digital content trends across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and emerging platforms.
* Understanding of marketing, advertising, and platform‐first content creation.
* Curious and proactive in exploring AI‐powered creative and production tools.
