As a member of the successful global Urus Group, Trans Ova Australia is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative to be based at one of our Victorian sites; Bacchus Marsh, Tullamarine or Camperdown. Trans Ova Australia is a genetics company that focuses on the production of embryos from bovine animals to create Better Cows for a Better World.
Within a supportive and close knit team environment, this role provides operations and customer support to the Trans Ova Australia team and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Client liaison
* Trans Ova Australia operations planning
* Client issues management and resolution
* Collaboration with sales and marketing teams
* Record keeping and data entry
* Reporting and metrics tracking
* Other duties as assigned by the Commercial Operations Manager
Key Candidate Requirements
* Bachelors degree with emphasis on Animal Science, Agribusiness or related field preferred
* 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, consultative role within the agricultural or animal science sectors
* Experience in bovine genetics, dairy, or beef production is highly desirable
* Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM tools
* Australian car drivers license
* A strong attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Ability to work as part of a close knit team
