ABOUT YOU Your role as a Manager CX Transformation Projects : Responsible for delivering complex transformation projects across multiple business units, to defined project goals and strategic objectives Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and activities Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation – both internal and third-party Prepare project budgets based on scope and requirements, track costs and prepare accurate financial forecasts Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate complex project risks to safeguard the success of the projects Address issues arising to maintain timelines, quality, and outcome to ensure strategic objectives are achieved Track project progress, organise regular status and review meetings as necessary, and provide regular reports on project status and success metrics to the project team and key stakeholders Prepare and support the delivery of technical solutions aligned with project plans, milestones, and workstreams Manage end-to-end projects delivery, addressing emerging challenges to ensure all deliverables meet the defined transformation objectives Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies, including procurement and contract management requirements Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation Adopt and promote the use of 'good practice' standardised processes as applicable to particular projects – as defined by the Association for Project Management (APM) / Project Management Institute (PMI) or PRINCE2 Adopt and promote the use of Agile principles and practices Support additional ad hoc activities as required to ensure the successful project outcomes We are looking for a candidate who brings: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management or another related discipline Experience in implementing major business change initiatives Experience delivering large transformation projects within the agreed project constraints 5 years experience in a comparable role CRM/D365/AIS knowledge (desirable) Our benefits: Flexible work including purchased leave and leave at half pay Training and development opportunities Competitive salaries and employee discounts Charity and volunteer initiatives Health and wellness programs, including an Employee Assistance Program Salary sacrifice – superannuation contributions So go on, make your mark.
