We're seeking a motivated, experienced Retail Sales person with some experience also as a Retail Supervisor, Retail Sales Manager or Retails Sales Team Leader that enjoys leading a team to strive for customer service excellence and enjoys motivating retail sales to reach their full potential. * $70k salary package + bonus
* 38 hour week Tuesday to Saturday

This would be the perfect full time permanent job opportunity for a retail sales applicant with 2+ years of retails sales experience seeking the next step in their career! Or a sales person that loves face to face customer service and managing an in store team and seeking something a bit different in retail. If you're looking for your next retail sales career move and want to lead a high performing store in Cairns, this is rewarding role. Role reports to a Regional Sales Manager and lead a team of 10 staff.
About You
Ideal applicants have 2+ years of retail sales (at least 1 year of team leader or people supervisory experience) and demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve targets and provide great customer service in a retail sales environment.
Note: Hours are full-time fixed roster from Tuesday to Saturday. 38 - 39 hours per week based in their flagship Cairns store.
Retail Sales Team Leader role will involve:
* Champion and coach the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Lead by example to develop and maintain a customer focused team who deliver exceptional customer service.
* Maintain stock integrity with guidance from the buying and operations teams.
* Present a visually appealing store in line with merchandising guides and promotional instruction.
* Maintain strong communication and working relationships with operations departments and teams.
* Champion a one-team culture which puts our teams and customers health, safety and well-being first.
