**About the Role**:
**To be successful in the role you will need**:
- Provide technical and process-related support to contact centre staff
- Lead initiatives to improve HubSpot Processes
- Develop and implement strategies for transitioning to a digital-first customer sales model
- Employ design research techniques to uncover customer needs and pain points
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a cohesive and streamlined transition process
**About You**:

- Batchelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related field
- Experience in CRM support, CX/UX design, and/or business process improvement
- Knowledge of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience in HubSpot highly regarded
- Full drivers license
