Room Attendant Job Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas.
* Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility
* Understanding security measures and procedures
* Undertaking daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areas
* Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
* Identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas
* Providing excellent customer service
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
* Manual handling and chemical handling practices
* Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment
* Commitment to delivering and improving the customer service experience
* Flexibility to work varied hours as required
* Possession of a Paid Blue Card or willingness to obtain
