4. Monday to Friday – 5 hours per day flexible hours.
We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to assist with the day to day operational needs of our client.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in transport and logistics and be able to demonstrate success as an administrator, be a competent problem solver and strong communicator while displaying strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
5. Uphold and lead by the organisational Mission statement, company objectives and promote this to all staff under your supervision
6. Debrief driver’s manifests, discover & communicate any inefficiencies
7. Process of driver manifests
8. Ensure company systems are updated and kept with accuracy
9. Dispatch parts and support workshop mechanics
10. Daily scanning, filing, and archiving of relevant documents
11. Provide support to any document requests internally and externally
12. Respond and assist with any queries relating to responsibilities
13. Provide support to reporting manager
14. Liaise with team to ensure truck parts are managed within the Company’s guidelines
15. Discover operational inefficiencies and report to manager to improve service levels
