What you will be doing
As an Administration and Customer Service Officer, you will join a collaborative and detail-oriented team, playing a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, managing bookings, addressing inquiries and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. You will work closely with customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate data management, on-time communication, and first-class service delivery.

What you will need
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in fast-paced office environments and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include:

1. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
2. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
3. Managing bookings and tracking freight schedules.
4. Performing administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate data and records.
5. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
6. Prioritizing workload during busy periods to meet deadlines.
7. Acting as a problem-solver by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Skills and Experience:

1. Proven customer service and administration experience in a logistics or office setting.
2. Previous experience using systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and freight software platforms.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
5. The ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.
