The Role We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality property development projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end development projects from feasibility to delivery. Conduct site assessments, financial modelling, and feasibility studies. Oversee design development and planning approvals. Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor budgets, timelines, and project performance. Drive procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. About You: Proven experience in property development or construction project management. Strong understanding of planning approvals, design coordination, and procurement processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and mitigate risks effectively. Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, engineering, or a related field.
