**About the role**:
Reporting to the People and Performance Director and sitting on the P&P Leadership team, this role will be responsible for leading a small team of internal recruiters responsible for high volume recruitment across our production, skilled technical, operations and farms related roles. Our people are core to realizing our growth strategy and you will be front and center to ensuring a healthy talent pipeline whilst delivering a great experience.
You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders as well as external partners (e.g. JobsVic, government job agencies, agency partners and local government) to drive varied attraction and sourcing engagement strategies. You are a strong influencer who knows what great looks like in recruitment and you are prepared to influence and innovate to shift the dial on both efficiency and impact.
Please note this role will need to be based primarily at our Castlemaine manufacturing site with occasional travel to other sites in the Bendigo region/greater Melbourne region including our head office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Optimise/standardise attraction, recruitment and pre-employment processes
- Act as the key partner to Jobs Victoria and other external partners
- Manage the employee referral process
- Develop reporting processes and generate insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop engaging communication content such as advertisements, job board postings and campaign materials leveraging our exciting EVP and branding work

**About you**:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (high volume experience preferred)
- Business or relevant professional qualification
- Experience partnering with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proven leadership experience driving a high performance TA team
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvement initiatives
- Experience in marketing and mobilising new recruitment channels
- Comfortable leading community engagement and advocating on behalf of the business
